Cornerstone is an ongoing effort by adidas to infuse additional support and resources into Black and Latinx communities throughout the country. Cornerstone achieves this goal by partnering with selected retailers in an effort to amplify impact during key cultural moments (International Women’s Day, Black History Month, National Hispanic Heritage Month, Mental Health Week, Pride Month). Colorway’s commitment to this initiative includes communication, long term strategy development, aligning with cross-functional teams, tracking brand KPIs, and more. This focus on community engagement spans a 5-year commitment to working and building with these retailers.
